BOSUN'S CHAIR SUSPENDED ACCESS

A Bosun's chair is a controlled descent apparatus which uses a safety harness and a seat board suspended from descent lines, allowing work (such as window cleaning) to be performed at high altitudes.
 

For working at heights on buildings under 300 feet, use of the Bosun's Chair is the quickest and most reliable form of suspended access.

We have over 19 years experience with Bosun's chair window cleaning and offer a variety of specialized services, including working with areas that are difficult to access (such as deep insets and angled skylights).

SWING STAGE SUSPENDED ACCESS

Swing stages are also known as two-point adjustable suspension scaffolds. The scaffold platform is supported by two cables attached to cradles suspended by two motors, which allows the platform to be raised and lowered. This allows us access to several windows at a time.

By law, swing stages need to be used for buildings that are over 300 feet. Some buildings are equipped with a permanent swing stage. If not, Altitude Window Cleaning Inc. can supply one that will meet your needs.
